Links and hyperlinks
In the case of links and hyperlinks to external Internet pages which do not fall under Univation's sphere of responsibility, Univation's liability is limited solely to those instances where Univation was aware of the illegal content on the particular page, it would be technically feasible for Univation to prevent visitors to this site from accessing illegal content and it would not be unreasonable to demand this of the publisher. Univation expressly distances itself from all illegal content on linked external pages. Univation has no influence whatsoever on either the present or future form or the content of linked external pages. For this reason, Univation distances itself from all content on all linked pages which has been modified since the link on the TEVAL site was created. This applies to all links and hyperlinks on TEVAL's site as well as to entries made by third parties in guestbooks, discussion forums and mailing lists that Univation has set up. Liability for any illegal, incorrect or incomplete content and, in particular, for any damages arising from the use or non-use of information offered on linked pages lies solely with the provider of the linked or hyperlinked page, and not with Univation which only referred the user to the particular page through a link.
